Teacher Wellbeing Alliance – Awards Scheme

Supporting and Celebrating Staff Wellbeing Initiatives in Education

The Teacher Wellbeing Alliance (TWA), supported by What2Learn CPD, is committed to improving staff wellbeing, resilience, and retention in schools. Through CPD-accredited training, expert-led resources, and a nationally recognised Bronze, Silver and Gold award programme, we empower school leaders and educators to create healthier, more sustainable working environments. By prioritising staff wellbeing, we help schools reduce burnout, improve retention, and ultimately enhance student outcomes.
